For those who like to know about detail, Velour is knitted, while Velvet is woven. Our upholstery Velour has a Martindale Rub Score of 40,000 (suitable for upholstery use in commercial settings) and eco conscious – this gorgeous fabric is knitted with polyester yarns made entirely from recycled plastic bottles! There’s a lot to love about Velour beyond the stunning good looks.

Faroe Outer Cover - the look and feel of a beautiful upholstery wool without the maintenance headache. Behind the stylish good looks are some serious performance credentials - a Martindale Rub Score of 100,000 (suitable for upholstery in severe contract settings) and a FibreGuard stain-guard treatment washed in. FibreGuard is manufactured without releasing harmful finishes or chemicals into the world and certified under the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.

Exclusive Faux-Fur-Fleece – soft and cosy, breathable and moisture-wicking. The cosy lining in our Snuggle Beds and Burrow Bags is knitted exclusively for Charley Chau to our exact specifications by a fabulous textiles mill in Yorkshire who we’ve been working with since 2010.

Insulated "duvet top" in the Winter Warm Snuggle Bed / Burrow Bag Cover is padded with a 350gsm/9oz wadding that traps heat and keeps your dog super-cosy.
