| 2.0 | There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. |
| 3.0 | All entrants must be aged 18 or over. |
| 4.0 | By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. |
| 5.0 | The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. |
Rules of the competition |

| 6.0 | The theme of the competition is “'In My Dog's Own Words'”. |
| 7.0 | Entrants are required to submit a photograph of their dog and to caption that photograph, with why their dog should win the prize "in the dog's own words". the caption should begin with "I should win the Charley Chau Anti-Microbial Memory Foam Dog Bed Mattress because ... ". And captions should be a maximum of 200 words. |
| 8.0 | Entrants must have the right to submit the photograph into this competition – for example, if you did not take the photograph then you must have express written permission from the copyright owner permitting you to use the image before entering it into this competition. |
How to enter the competition |

| 9.0 | There are two routes to entry for this competition. Entrants can choose to use any route that is most convenient to them – entries can be submitted via just one entry route and do not need to be submitted via all three routes. |

| 10.1.1 | Your Instagram account will need to be set to “public” to enter via this route. If you have a private Instagram account please choose a different entry route. |
| 10.1.2 | Post your photograph on Instagram with a caption of not more than 200 words that starts with "I should win the Charley Chau Anti-Microbial Memory Foam Dog Bed Mattress because ... " and describes, in your dog's own words, why your dog should win the prize. |
| 10.1.3 | Include the hashtag #mydogshouldwincc on your post comment. |
| 10.1.4 | Follow Charley Chau on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/charleychau/) - this is not a mandatory condition of entry but could make it much easier for you to see the winner's announcement! |

" and describes, in your dog's own words, why your dog should win the prize. |

| 11.0 | There is no limit to how many entries one entrant can submit, although we recommend that entrants focus on quality and not quantity. |
| 12.0 | The closing date for entries is midnight (BST) on Thursday, 9 June 2022. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. |
| 13.0 | No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. |
| 14.0 | Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
| 15.0 | By entering this competition the entrant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. |

Notifying the winners |

| 18.0 | The names of the winner and their entry will be published on the Charley Chau website (charleychau.com) and available on request via hello@charleychau.com 14 days after the competition close date. |
| 19.0 | The winner selected will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 14 days of the closing date. |
| 20.0 | If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the relevant winner and pick a replacement winner. |
| 21.0 | When notifying the winner, Charley Chau will confirm details of the prize won and the delivery. |
| 22.0 | Charley Chau’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. |
Other conditions |

| 23.0 | Charley Chau reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. |
| 24.0 | Charley Chau Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. Charley Chau Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. |
