The Deeply Dishy Dog Bed is a brilliant choice for small to medium sized dogs that love to nestle their backs into soft, squidgy bed sides when they settle down in bed. Finished in our velvety soft upholstery Velour with a Martindale Rub Test of 40,000 which classifies it as suitable for heavy commercial use – this is a luxe fabric that should not be confused with low quality lookalikes! Styled with our contrast Day Bed Mattress in the base – set it up as a solid colour or with colour contrast popping in the base.

  • Small - approx. W65 x D53x H28cm - good for smaller sized dogs such as Pugs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and leggy Italian Greyhounds - this bed also fits inside a 24" x 17" travel crate. Inside measurements of the bed W52 x D43cm.

  • Medium approx. W78 x D60 x H 29cm - good for larger Spaniel and Terrier breeds and some smaller Whippets - this bed also fits a 30" x 21" travel crate. Internal measurements of the bed approx. W65 x D47cm.

For those who like to know about detail, Velour is knitted, while Velvet is woven. Our upholstery Velour has a Martindale Rub Score of 40,000 (suitable for upholstery use in commercial settings) and eco conscious – this gorgeous fabric is knitted with polyester yarns made entirely from recycled plastic bottles! There’s a lot to love about Velour beyond the stunning good looks.

  • Deep-filled Luxury Mattress - key to comfort in any dog bed is the mattress and Charley Chau’s deep-filled mattress is constructed like a sofa seat cushion with internal baffles (wall panels) that minimise fibre-migration, to prevent unwelcome lumps and bumps from forming, even after washing. Designed to provide fabulous comfort and support over time and made in England with a polycotton casing and insulating hollowfibre inside.

  • Deeply Dishy Bed Sides - filled with a cosy 900gsm upholstery wadding commonly used in upholstery on human sofas and armchairs.

  • Waterproof Liner (optional) - a soft, breathable waterproof that acts as a barrier to dust, dirt and animal dander to keep your dog's bed hygieincally clean for longer.

Removable outer cover on the mattress. Outer cover, optional Waterproof Liner and mattress are all machine washable. The Deeply Dishy Bed Sides have a fixed cover and can be washed in one piece.

Washcare labels are stitched into every component part of a Charley Chau bed and blanket for ease of reference on wash days.
